Bookkeeper Office Manager


Looking for a customer service minded office manager to work at our growing company. Candidates must have superior payroll and bookkeeping experience. You will be required to work closely with the accountants and help to provide any financial information and/or reports they may need. Experience using a range of software including Excel, MS Office, QuickBooks; a plus if candidate knows SAP. Candidates will be required to work with department heads and act as a liaison between each department. You will be required to preform new employee orientations and terminations. Background, credit and drug test required for employment.

Pay:
DOE $30,000-$40,000 plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
