Creating & achieving goals, for Effective Labor Rate, ASR percentages, Hours Per RO, Xtime Utilization, etc.
Must have warranty work completed, submitted & paid in a timely manner.
Maintaining a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately.
QualificationsA minimum of 4 years as a Service Advisor or two years as a Service ManagerStrong focus on providing excellent customer serviceDriver's LicenseBackground ScreeningNo phone calls.
