The Service Advisor will act as a liaison between customers and technicians.
Communicate with customers to determine their vehicular issues and repair timelines.
Provides technicians of accurate symptoms to properly diagnose vehicles.

Responsibilities:
Meet and Greet customers and perform an initial write upConsult with technicians regarding necessary repairs and maintenanceUse your knowledge of our products and services to sell and provide in depth explanation of features and benefitsAnswer questions about service scheduling, completion times, drop off and pick up of customer cars.
Managing Department workflow and schedulingMaintaining a positive customer relationship to ensure repeat businessMaking sure all customer's invoices match estimates and process payment for invoices Applicant
Qualifications:
Quick learner in computer operating systemsA strong understanding of automotive technology and the auto industryExcellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
