The Office Manager/Bookkeeper will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clients office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
This position will be a direct hire position not a temporary position.
Duties Include, but not limited to:
- General bookkeeping using QuickBooks - Billing and Invoicing for A/P and A/R.
- Payroll taxes and quarterly tax filing.
- W/C and Insurance renewal and monthly payments.
- Assist with event planning and coordination - Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment - Manage office budgets and expenses - Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Solid Experience with the QuickBooks.
- Ability to complete weekly payroll for employees.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in event planning is a plus - Knowledge of medical office management is a plus - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Please send your most update resume for consideration.
