Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings - Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and records - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness - Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned - File and retrieve documents, records, and reports - Transcribe notes and dictations as needed Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle inquiries professionally - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Note:
Experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus, but not required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
