Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective performance - Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support - Recruit, hire, and train new staff members - Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained - Create and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve store targets - Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any customer issues or complaints - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members - Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and drive overall success
Qualifications:
