Responsibilities:
- Carve and serve meat to customers in a fast-paced environment - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the carving area - Assist with food preparation and ensure proper portioning - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns - Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in culinary or food service industry preferred - Knowledge of meat carving techniques and different cuts of meat - Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register - Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash transactions - Proficient in using Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software - Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure - Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively Note:
