Summary:
The Clinical Nurse Educator is a registered nurse responsible for assessing, planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the educational needs of Nursing (Medical-Surgical Inpatient Units and other departments as needed).
Minimum Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing with a Bachelor's Degree.
A Masters Degree in Nursing preferred, consideration may be given to individuals in active pursuit of a Masters Degree.
Licensed registered nurse in the state of North Carolina.
A minimum of three to five years in nursing specialty.
Certification in nursing specialty, (AACN) preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
