Summary:
The Cardiac Catherization Lab Manager is responsible for the overall management of the activities of the Cardiac Cath, EP, and Special Procedures Lab under the direction of the Director of Imaging Services.
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate from an approved School of Nursing and registered with the State Board of Nursing or a graduate of a School of Radiology Science, registered with ARRT or Society of Cardiovascular Technology, Baccalaureate of Science degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.
(Consideration may be given to individuals in active pursuit of BS in Radiological Sciences, Business Administration or equivalent).
Minimum of six years of experience in the Cardiac Cath Lab field.
Minimum of three years of experience in a management of upper supervisory capacity in a Cardiac Cath Lab.
Possesses exemplary communication skills, and have the ability to remain calm, effective and accurate in a stressful situation, demonstrating tact, discretion, and diplomacy.
Must have significant experience in managing and executing a sizable revenue budget.
