Collections Representative Requirements and
Responsibilities:
Request payment and collecting overdue balances from patients Issuing refunds for over payments on patient accounts Contact patient to request payment and review their account Respond to patients questions Set up alternative pay plans Process patient payments (cash, check, credit card).
Maintain patient accounts records and resolve billing issues.
