Position:
General Manager of an Award-Winning 109 room SpringHill Suites of New Bern, NC The right candidate will have the capability to take the hotel to the highest level of customer service, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, provide day-to-day leadership and direction by maximizing financial returns, driving development of people, creating and maintain a unique guest experience, marketing/sales, executing brand standards and building awareness of the hotel and brand in the local community.
Medical & Dental Insurance Plan/Holidays/Vacation Job Requirements All candidates must have a minimum of five years' experience in hotel operations A self-starter with proven supervisory experience in the hotel industry Flexibility to work a variety of schedules and hours as business dictates Energetic with excellent customer service skills Ability to develop team member to their fullest potential Ability to multi-task and problem solve with a positive attitude Marriott experience is a plus Be able to analyze financials to drive revenues, future profitability, and maximize market share Perks 401(K) Matching, Company Outings, Dental Benefits, Family Medical Leave, Health Insurance, Benefits, Job Training, Life Insurance, Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off.
